I learned in a hard and painful way that persevering is not always a strength. My body slammed on the brakes without mercy. In the end this became the biggest breakthrough of my life.

I knew how recovery was supposed to go and I loved helping others get rid of their complaints. Meanwhile I ignored my own signals. Semi-acute fatigue and infections were an alarm bell, but I kept going regardless.
I put those complaints at the bottom of my to-do list. Limits are there to be pushed, right? Everything is a challenge, after all, and persevering was second nature to me.
In the end I no longer got subtle hints, but a brutal and extremely painful wake-up call. A clear limit: this far and no further.
My greatest wish, a pregnancy, turned a few weeks later into my greatest nightmare: a miscarriage.
The intense grief brought me to a complete standstill. I thought I would die of sorrow. After a neglected case of glandular fever this was rock bottom, which made my recovery even harder.
And there I sat. At home. Between four walls closing in on me. Without energy. Without the strength to push on. Without control. Full of emotions like grief and anger, and a body that wanted nothing anymore.
I could do nothing, except TRY to accept, TRY to let go and TRY to listen to: “what now”.
Recovery cannot be forced. You cannot schedule it in your diary between two appointments.
I was fighting my own body, which kept saying no until I came to a standstill in a different environment and realised that my body was not my opponent, but that loving partner who was protecting me.
I began to see my body as a feedback system. A compass, an hourglass that should be filling up, not running empty. A loyal partner, as long as I was willing to listen to it.
I started to look differently: wider, deeper and softer. I slowed down, tuned in and stopped fighting symptoms.
I no longer went for a standard approach within conventional physiotherapy and healthcare, but complemented my medical knowledge with natural and complementary components. A holistic, body-oriented approach aimed at recovery, regulation and sustainable capacity.
And it worked. And how!
A compass, an hourglass that should be filling up, not running empty.
Entrepreneurs. Top athletes. People who set high standards for themselves and others. In my practice I see people who carry responsibility, have ambition and live at a high pace. They do not complain, they keep going, just as I did.
Until their body starts to falter and no longer recovers the way they are used to. Energy drains away, recovery takes longer, focus becomes foggy. On the outside they are successful. On the inside, however, the hourglass is running empty.
They are not broken. They are not ill. They are out of balance. These hard workers have already tried a lot to get rid of their complaints. And yet it never quite works the way they want. And then they end up with me.
My work is warm, but not soft; sharp, but not hard. I combine body-oriented therapy, natural support, frequency therapy and intuitive coaching into one integrated approach. No loose interventions, no quick fixes, but a sustainable approach.
We activate what is already there: your body's self-healing capacity. So that you not only recover, but are stronger than ever before. With more regulation, more resilience and more sustainable performance.
Recovery is not a pause from life. It is the foundation.
I am not an airy-fairy healer, nor a cold protocol therapist.
My approach is broad, because I see the body as an orchestra. When it does not play together well, it sounds terrible. So we talk about nervous system regulation, capacity and hormonal imbalance. What does your intuition actually say? What are the patterns and the energetic load in your body? I do not do clichés, and together with you I dissolve the blockages that trouble you and hold you back.

Today I use my energy in a way that strengthens me instead of exhausting me. Combined with my insight and experience, that means I can truly help you. So are you an entrepreneur or athlete who wants to perform sustainably without exhausting your body? And do you finally want to be rid of that chronic complaint? Then book an intake call, and together we will look at where your strength lies and how you can let your own energy flow again.
